Annual General Meeting 2023

The Annual General Meeting of the Glenorchy City Bowls Club was held on Sunday 16 July 2023.

Following are details for the Management Committee and other positions for the coming year.

Annual Subscriptions remain unchanged from last year as follows:

Full Member: $260.00

New Member from Another Club: $160.00

New Bowler: $100.00

Junior Member (Under 18): $130.00

Social Playing Member: $110.00

Petanque Member: $120.00

Indoor Bowler: $110.00

Social Member: 30.00

Life Member: Capitation Fee ($100.)

All Playing Members are asked to pay $100.00 (ie the capitation fee) at least by 31 August with the full amount to be paid by 31 December. Payments can be made at the bar by cash or EFTPOS or by direct transfer to our bank account (Bank: Commonwealth Bank, Glenorchy, BSB: 067101, Account Number: 28015144, Account Title: Berriedale Bowls Club Inc). Members intending to play pennant bowls in the coming season are also asked to add your name to the lists on the noticeboard by 31 August so selectors know who is available and the Management Committee can make informed decisions on team entries for the coming season.

In other business, the club will now formally change our Incorporated name from Berriedale Bowls Club Inc to Glenorchy City Bowls and Community Club Inc.
